Yann Bertrand Beaujolais-Lantignie 2022 DigestifA new bottling from a one hectare, fifteen year old vineyard, technically a Beaujolais Village but right across the path from Yanns Fleurie holdings. After hand harvesting, the grapes undergo carbonic maceration without juice for 20 days. The wine then ages for 8 months, with 80% in barrel and 20% in vat.
