Microsemi AN1819 500W Amp Eval Board Current Hardrock-50 owners should considerThis amplifier is a 500W or 700W design based on the Microsemi VRF2933 or VRF2944 MOSFET. We have an eval board that supports both devices. The board measures 10 X 15cm (4" X 6") and it is 1. 6mm (0. 063") thick with 2 oz copper and emersion gold plating for good heat dissipation and maximum conductivity.
